Starship Solar Panel Upgrade

Solar panels allow a starship to recharge in space when orbitting a star. The amount of time it takes to recharge depends on how much charge is missing and the type of star you're using. There are many star types that range from M (not so good for recharging) to O (good for recharging). Solar panels will deploy automatically when you get within one unit of a star.
