Always Display the 'Full' Map in Dynamic Rooms

This option will toggle the display of full-site maps in dynamic rooms (asteroids, dig sites, etc). The full-site map can be extremely large, as it encompasses every coordinate in the dynamic room. It's probably better to MAP <number> to adjust the size of the map on the fly.
