Changes on 07-15-24:

• In order to respect consistency with GMU notifications in regards to other upgrades, it is now possible to enable anomaly notifications regardless of the presence of the spatial anomaly scanner upgrade.
• The INFO command now accepts 'PREVIOUS' as an argument (e.g. INFO PREV) to display achievements of your past characters.
• Sensor profilers now allow you to save (and restore...) a ship's GMU notification options.
• Video probes have been added to the list of GMU notifications.
