Changes on 04-02-26:

• Welcome back an old friend, the IGNORE command! Unfortunately when it was traveling the world, it saw some things. It questioned itself. It questioned all of us. It got beaten down, but it got up again. It grew its hair out. It stopped showering. It came back a new command. Which is to say it only works to ignore people on the OOC channel now. Have fun ignoring "people" (namely Oliver)!
