Combat Drones
Introduction:Combat drones are a weapon that can be deployed from a starship. Each drone is equipped with a laser turret and a computer core. You instruct the drones with what you want to target and they take care of the flying and attacking.
Requirements:
Combat drones require a combat drones bay, which in turn requires your ship to have an empty room.
Usage:
When in space, go to red alert and type DRONE. You will be presented with a self-explanatory menu of choices, which allows you to set targets, deploy drones, and recall drones.
Programmable combat drones refers to the number of drones that you have in your ship that can be assigned a new target.
Deployed combat drones refers to the number of drones currently in the sector.
When you leave a sector, your drones will self-destruct if they have not been returned to your drone bay.
